The President of Beni Suef University Student Union and his Deputy participate in the Summit of Student Union Leaders in Sharm El-Sheikh

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, students Ahmed Shaaban Ghaleb, President of the University Student Union, and Mohamed Faris Sayed, Vice President of the Union, participated in the activities of the Summit of Leaders of Student Unions in Egyptian Universities and Institutes, which was held under the patronage of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and organized by the Student Activities Sector and the Leadership Preparation Institute in cooperation with the Youth Leaders Foundation and the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Abuse, at the International Youth City in Sharm El-Sheikh The university president stressed the importance of student unions and their role in training and enhancing students’ skills and enabling them to participate in various aspects of life, believing in the role of youth in building the nation and working to advance and preserve it, especially since student activities receive the attention of the university administration as an integral part of the educational process to build future leaders. Dr. Mansour also praised the role of the Youth Care Department under the supervision of Captain Mohamed Farouk in training students, following up on them and developing their talents so that they can be an honorable face for the university in various local and international forums
It is worth noting that the forum's activities witnessed the screening of a documentary film on the history of student unions in Egypt, followed by a recorded speech by Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, during which he welcomed the heads of student unions and their deputies, then the inauguration of the heads of student unions and their deputies. The forum concluded with a dialogue session with the heads of student unions, during which the future of student activities in Egypt and the role of the Young Leaders Foundation in supporting them were discussed
